Требования к кандидату:
- в/о юридическое
- опыт работы от 5 лет, в том числе не менее 2-х на руководящей должности в сфере FMSG (сеть аптек, супермаркетов электроники, продуктов питания и т.п.)
- договорная работа с поставщиками, арендодателями, банками
- претензионная работа, успешный опыт сопровождения дел в судах и работы с государственной исполнительной службой, знание налогового законодательства
- сопровождение ВЭД (импорт)
- корпоративные, валютно-инвестиционные правоотношения
- контроль соблюдения лицензионных условий
- трудовое законодательство
- сопровождение открытия торговых точек
Функциональные обязанности:
- организация работы и управление юридическим отделом
- участие в совете директоров;
Личностные качества: организаторские, аналитические способности, умение ставить задачи себе и подчинённым, контролировать их выполнение, взаимодействовать с руководителями других подразделений компании;
